Radish, Tenderstem and Miso Stir Fry

A healthy stir-fry with a delicious sweet and salty sauce

You’ll need

  • 500g radishes
  • 200g Tenderstem
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 50ml rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp white or yellow miso paste
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

What to do

Stir fry the radishes and Tenderstem in the vegetable oil, heated in a hot wok or frying pan.  While they are cooking, mix the garlic, vinegar, miso, sesame oil and honey. 

When the vegetables are cooked to your liking, add the miso mixture and let it bubble up.  Sprinkle the sesame seeds over and serve.
