Colourful radish snacks to serve with drinks.
Serves: 4 (as a snack)
Preparation time: 10 minutes
You’ll need
- 20g unsalted butter
- 50g tahini
- 200g radishes
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Sea salt
What to do
Melt the butter in a small frying pan and swirl around until toasty and brown. Leave to cool.
Mix the cooled butter with the tahini.
Dip each radish in the mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sea salt and place on baking parchment to dry. Repeat with all the radishes.
